Head: Prepaid Retention

Main Duties
  •  Managing the prepaid base in terms of Revenue Generating Events Customers
  • Managing grace and churn
  •  Increase MOU & ARPUs for Prepaid subscribers
  • Managing product pricing mix for the segment
 Qualification and Experience
  • A university degree
  • Must have experience in Segments management
  • Must have up to 8 years experience with 4 to 5 of these being in Segment Marketing.
Behavioural Characteristics
Candidate must possess
  • Analytical skills,
  • Creativity in developing action plans and programmes
  • Effective planning and execution skills
