1. UserEnd (UI) Developer (Location: Lagos) (Ref: JOB/12-01)
 Job Objective
The UI Developer will work as part of a team of software developers to develop,implement and integrate enterprise applications to support the needs of the company and its clients.
Job Description
  • Design and implementation of enterprise software using enterprise software development life cycle e.g. TDD, XP, AGILE
  • Use of collaboration tools to manage software e.g. SVN, GIT HUB
  • Solution Requirements Gathering
  • Work with Project Management team to code, test and deploy applications using approved frameworks
  • Design , configuration , installation, testing and maintenance of software systems
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum of First degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or other related fields
  • 2 years experience in developing software applications and having knowledge of GIS technology is an advantage.
  • Strong web development skills including JavaScript, HTML, HTML 5, CSS3, JQUERY, JAVA Script, SVN and other core web technologies.
  • Must be a good team player, highly motivated with project management skills
  • Having unquestionable integrity, self-starter, energetic and result driven
  • Able to work independently and as a part of a team, on several concurrent tasks with changing priorities
2. Geospatial Data Analyst (Location: Lagos) (Ref: JOB/14-02)
Job Objective
To carry out planning, coordination of quality geo spatial data acquisition, processing and evaluation of data to meet clients’ needs,deadlines and be competitive with other data in the GIS industries.
Job Description
  • Creating maps and performing a wide range of geospatial analyzes using GIS and CAD software in support of environmental planning and decision making
  • Managing wide variety of project-specific and reference geospatial data
  • Updating and maintaining mapping standards and work processes
  • Performing quality control processes on GIS products to maintain accuracy
  • Coordinate and ensure all the data quality control and  assurance checks meet the required standard and are acceptable to clients
  • Maintaining  the GIS database including inputting of and correcting data, determining formats, researching data conversions, establishing data specifications, updating sources and ensuring data integrity
  • Examine requests for mapping products and determine methods of using GIS to meet the requests
  • Requirements Gathering for GIS Implementation
      Qualifications and Experience
  • A Bachelor’s and/or Master’s  degree in Geography, Geo Sciences, Environmental Science or related field is required
  • Experience in the use of  GPS in collecting, downloading and processing spatial data
  • Competency and Proficiency in using MapInfo Professional, ArcGIS and other  Desktop Mapping Applications for Data Management
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, prioritize and balance sometimes heavy workloads
  • Team player with demonstrated ability to work well with others, keep  team members aware of project and client needs
  • Must have at least 3 years hands on  professional experience in GIS
  • Willingness  to travel  overnight occasionally at short notice
  • Having unquestionable integrity, result driven and detail oriented
 3. Business Development Manager, Survey and GIS (Location: Lagos) (Ref: JOB/14-03)
Job Objective
To create, develop and communicate the value of location intelligence to existing and prospective clients through well-structured business proposals aimed at attracting and retaining continuous patronage across several industries in Nigeria in line with specified organizational goals.
Job Description
  • Develop business plans highlighting the projected revenue targets of the organisation and driving initiatives directed at achieving and surpassing these objectives
  • Develop business proposals and technical documentations targeted at communicating our value propositions to prospective and existing clients
  • Prepare responses to relevant Bids/Tenders, EOI/Project Pre-qualification documentation – Technical and Commercial - in line with specified guidelines
  • Identify opportunities for organisation’s products and services from different sources and create appropriate provisions to make the best use of them
  • Develop different strategies for attracting and retaining clientele for the company’s products and services across several industries of the economy
  • Facilitate and attend business meetings with relevant stakeholders, clients, business partners and prospective clients to create awareness for our products & services
  • Prepare and make presentations to existing and prospective clients on the company’s products and services
  • Manage company’s business relationships with technical partners with a view to increasing avenue for business opportunities
  • Monitor latest global trends in the location intelligence industry to keep  abreast of new developments
Qualifications and Experience
  • HND/BSc in Geography, Land  Survey, Geo-information Technology   or  its  equivalent
  • Relevant Professional or IT qualifications is an added advantage
  • Not less than 3years’ experience in sales/marketing/product management
  • Must have strong ability to initiate and close business deals
  • Strong analytical skills, sound communications and presentation  skills
  • A thorough knowledge and understanding of the GIS industry
  • Target driven and result oriented
4. Front Desk/ Customer Relationship Officer (Location: Lagos) (Ref: JOB/14-04)
Job Objective
To deliver friendly, excellent and efficient customer service, at all times and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our staff and guests.  Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers
Job Description
  • Interacting with clients, vendors and visitors that call or come to the office premises
  • Be at the reception always, supervise it and ensure phones are answered immediately and transferred to  the appropriate staff member
  • Ensure that Visitors are attended to immediately and directed to the appropriate staff to attend to them
  • Receiving , signing  for and distributing  mails and delivered packages from courier companies or other sources
  • Performing  general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, bookkeeping, copying, faxing and mailing
Qualifications and Experience
  • Excellent presentation and   communications skills, honest and reliable and  able to work unsupervised in a busy environment, good PC skill and proficiency in Microsoft office suite
  • HND/BSC degree  preferably with a background in Social Sciences, Humanities or its equivalent
  • A graduate with a minimum of Second Class Lower Degree(2.2)  that has completed  the National Youth Service Corps(NYSC)
  • Female , Single, Not older than 28 years 
  • A good team player  with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer Relationship  Management
  • Must be confident , friendly and  able to communicate well with people of all levels
  • Should be self-motivated and demonstrate a passionate commitment to work in an ICT organization.
